2020 has been a momentous year for many companies in the wake of COVID. Business continuity and customer care have never been more important. During these unparalleled times, we have kept a steady hand on the wheel and have been busy working as normal in the background.
Our business continuity plan was already in place in case of unforeseen circumstances such as lockdown. Given this extraordinary backdrop, we are particularly pleased to share our positive news on the raft of accolades we have received so far this year.
