Whoops! We’re sorry, we recently ran our Dogs Behaving Badly survey, however we inadvertently didn’t ask for your name and email address. We’ve updated the survey and will be running it again. As an apology we’ve increased the prize to a £300 Amazon voucher.
All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning is to submit your full name and email address on our Survey Monkey survey and read and agree to the Dogs Behaving Badly Prize Draw T&Cs by 12:00 noon on 21st October 2024!
Dogs Behaving Badly Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
Entries are made via the survey. Closing date for submitting the survey is 12:00 noon on 21st October 2024. Survey entries are limited to one per email address.
The winner will be randomly selected after noon on 21st October 2024 and notified to the email address provided to us via Survey Monkey. Acceptance of the prize and confirmation of contact details must be provided by 15:00 on 24th October 2024. Failure of the winner to respond will result in a replacement winner being drawn, should no winner be found after drawing two replacement winners (three in total), The Insurance Emporium has the right to withdraw the prize.
Once the winner’s details are confirmed, the prize of a £300 Amazon Voucher will be notified to the email address specified by the winner in their original entry. The Insurance Emporium does not take responsibility for prize and/or notification being delivered to the spam folder, so please check your inbox settings.
Employees of The Equine and Livestock Insurance Company Limited or its appointed representatives and their families are not allowed to enter. Winners may be required to participate in some form of publicity as deemed appropriate by The Equine and Livestock Insurance Company Limited and/or its appointed representatives.
