At The Insurance Emporium, we’ve been getting off to a flying start this year with our recent success at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2020 in January! We’re delighted to announce that we won the award for Pet Insurance Provider of the Year and were also Highly Commended for Best Claims Service. Read on to find out more!
Moneyfacts Consumer Awards
As its name suggests, the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards put customers at the heart of the award process. Over two rounds, consumers vote for their favourite financial companies and products. This helps to give a voice to the people who really know how well providers are doing, and this is combined with expert analysis. In brief, this means we couldn’t have won this award without our amazing customers, and we’re truly grateful for all your support!
Who are Moneyfacts?
Moneyfacts came into existence over 30 years ago, and their star ratings provide consumers with a simple way to see which products might best suit their needs. Consumers can also assess which financial products contain features that make them stand out from the competition. Moneyfacts also provide financial data and analytical tools for the financial sector and its regulators.
The awards ceremony
Of course, our nomination meant we sent a team down to the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards ceremony to represent the company! The glitzy event at the Royal Lancaster in London was hosted by comedian Tom Ward, and saw those attending treated to a fabulous meal and entertainment. Everyone from The Insurance Emporium had a fantastic night, which was further enhanced when we clinched our award!
