Recently, we shared with you the news that we’d been shortlisted for the Yorkshire Financial Awards 2019. At The Insurance Emporium, we’re now absolutely delighted to announce that our hard work has paid off as we were named Best Insurer in Yorkshire! Read on to find out more about the award, as well as the big night itself!
The awards
Organised by Barker Brooks Communications, this was the inaugural Yorkshire Financial Awards! There were some excellent entrants from all areas of finance across the county. This really highlights the success of the industry in our region, which now stands as the second biggest financial centre outside of London!
Best insurer
We’ve been working really hard to get things right for our customers, and our efforts were rewarded with the award for Best Insurer! The winner of the category was required to provide unique policies and competitive premiums, as well as demonstrating excellence in claims processing and an innovative use of technology.
The ceremony
Members of The Insurance Emporium attended the glittering awards evening at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, where the awards were announced. The ceremony, attended by representatives from all areas of Yorkshire’s financial services sector, was a great chance to get to know others working within our field!
Our journey
This latest recognition has come as the result of a lot of effort on our part! Here at The Insurance Emporium, we’ve been working to make the customer journey as stress-free as possible. We also know our policyholders are all individuals, so we aim to provide insurance for people’s passions that are as unique as they are!
Never complacent
Here’s what our Chief Executive Officer, Francis Martin, had to say about the award:
